by commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing that you have read and accept my TOS. if at any point of the process that these rules are violated, i have a right to refuse services.
1. General

2. Payments & Refunds
100% upfront after confirmation and are non-refundable once WIP.
payment plans may be inquired.
3. Revisions
client will have 2 revisions only during the rough sketch stage.
NO revisions after the work is finished.
major and multiple revisions may have additional fees.
4. Deadlines & Delivery
delivery est. 1 week will be through the vgen site.
depending on schedule could be quicker or later - will communicate with client.
5. Use and Intellectual Property Rights
do not sell, redistribute, claim, copy and/or edit the commissioned art in any way without the artist’s consent.
commissions that are for commercial usage will be subjected to additional fee increases.
commissioned art is not allowed to be use in Blockchain technology (NFTs) and AI/ML.
i have the right to use non-NDA artwork on my portfolio and social media platforms.
at any point of the process that these rules are violated, i have a right to refuse services and drop your request.
6. Communication
communication can be made through other social media platforms @y0ichigo or through the vgen site!
